I'd love a ryujin jakka zanpakutou that doesn't give any bonuses to VG or supp but just gives a ton ...

yeah that would be something totally new , but that should be a WHOLEEEEEEE A LOT like

45% damage and 28%speed and skill give dot and increase assaulters attack by 34% and speed, defense and break defense+blockrate by 30% lol maybe even 15%combo rate XD
