There is no such thing as a faster Mugetsu.
If we are talking Modifies, Brukia has a 200% damage to VG even if TSI one shots her after she skills, TSI will likely die. Also, Brukia has Stun and Silence immune as well, basically ignoring half of your counters.

TSI isn't a counter. It is a coin flip. :-P

nothing changed lol

it's just people said it was a bug in a PVE event (trying to emphasise the fact it's only on PVE events, ya know, a PVP character)

they pretty much updated ES now ( I believe?) so now it seems he does a little bit of damage in comparison to before, but he's still the same

no,  the bug was that his skill worked on the ES and keep him from furying, letting the fight last 20 rounds.  that did get changed

Soph Rangiku is better than Starrk, if i'm wrong, i'll change my stance as i'm getting him too for HM, but she is SS, he is A+  she is only VIP partner, he is level 100 tavern, you like starrk more because Rangiku is above your pay grade.  Come on my thread and start throwing shit at me?  fuck outa here
