Shinigami Certificate

Where can i get a Shinigami Certificate? I have both 11 divsion belts for synthesis just need that. Is ther a guide where to find all items?

yes, click on the shinigami certificate itself, it will tell you what is needed for it, and where to get it

I did that but it does not say. just says i need 90k silver and two 11th divison belts.

then click on the belts and it will tell you how to make them( you need 5x frags per belt) im assuming you have only 2 frags and no whole belts?

oh you got 1 whole belt, you need 2. go get 5 more frags. however momo is not a worthwhile partner to evo. evo consumes tons of vit and at that level you should be spending it on leveling up
