I lose 280 gold after reset

I have 1314 gold before I log out of the game. I keeping mygold, so later when I ugrade my vip, I can buy some new heroes.

But after reset today, suddenly I lose 280 gold.

Please explain to me why suddenly I don’t use my gold, thegold will disappear.

PLEASE DON’T IGNORE THIS EMAIL AND IF U SAID I USE THE GOLD,PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE I USE IT.

P/S: last time happen once already, lose 38 gold but i didnt report due is only 38 gold but this time, is OUTRAGEOUS
