He is he most superior as an assaulter can get but if you talk of support she is OP.
just to get the most effect: CSE Aizen, SWP Aizen or Shino Gin, Kensei, Main, Stark... Full team AOE and t1 tensa zengetsu or sebonzakura.

What? Rukia is the fastest character in the game, and Kensei has a 2.1 Wisdom growth rate. Shes gonna one shot him.
