Does anyone know if the 8% chance to silence is applied to fury skills? is it just basic attacks? i been testing it for a day but i havent seen the silence proc once
it effects any skill you use
remember 8% chance is so little
its very rare I tried it on my shinso once and by some miracle his aoe silenced 2 of the supporters lol
after that i have yet to see that happen anywho i ended up replacing it with the 8% stun enchant on shinso since he already has some value % at stunning and with that enchant i am starting to see stuns a little more frequently. imo in shinsos case it makes up for the level difference in stun chances as well as their immunity % from it because of gear

only the 20% crit dmg bonus
as you can tell by the list disarm is not included only silence
silence shouldnt work period
if it was like kensei then a disarm would work since its chance based
dount the silence will work at all let alone trying to even score one at 8%
