Shini Kieske is better across the board,  he hits supports much harder, stops them from skilling, is noticeably faster, and ultimately quite cheap for SS partner...  you can get Cute Ori at your level however, so there is that

I thought of shini kisuke tbh but really and truly once i get aizen he's out and I'm pretty close to aizen right now. So just wanted a cheap alternative, at least i can use orihime to replace kisuke in pve. Shini Kisuke honestly will have no purpose in my team once its completed.

If you use Zang or Senbon then Cute will over-ride the buff making your dmg potentially lower.  She is faster and stronger than kisuke in all ways, but can be detrimental in some cases.

Upgraded Nel is superior to Cute for most purposes, but that'd delay aizen, which isn't worth it.

Shini K is definitely more "useful" than cute, but I feel like cute does more damage. But if you have mugetsu you don't need damage from support, at least not the kind of damage they do.
I wouldn't spend on Cute unless you just love spending money.  I have her and wish I had known her buff was dmg not attack.

or you could just hold onto kieske till aizen,  save your vit and silver you'd spend upgrading another...

There is alot of truth behind what you're saying. Now I'm unsure again. I want Kisuke out so badly lol but on the other hand I see no point in spending alot of money on a partner to only have them replaced shortly. Or maybe I could use her in pvp only....keep using kisuke in pve till i get kenny unohana.

Ah, I didn't realize that.  In that case she's very good in PvE with Senbon and half decent for PvP.
