Personally, I either forget CsB while I got my ES/Ryoka setup on, Or I register with my PvP setup but forget to fight.

.. Or I'm just being lazy.. Damn.. Writting posts on forum makes me tired.. took me 30 sec to write this post.. what a drag .__. I need to go back to sleep.. Or stare at the wall or something, I don't really feel like doing anything..

yea same here bro i forgot to do my csb last night i came from working all day then getting drunk last night at the bar not my fault right i blame it on the women that served it to me

it helps people in csb like the lower lvl's and non vip players to obtain stones faster for csb partners and other stuff i dont need the help i get alot of stones anyways but i just wanna help them

NOt only that but by helping them, you help yourself too.  By making the weak people increase ranks, you gonna continue challenging them, thus you get more stones that way.  If you're a douche and play hard and don't take formation off, what will happen is you're going to be on the top, with the best players and you'lll have no way to run, nor get stones.  

Easier to make the weak people get to the higher ranks, so you can beat them and continue getting stones.
