No no no no. He is in the buy portion of the updated Accelerate Modify. You can buy his frags is what I meant. We may not get that for a while still, but since we are missing like half the event partners, it wouldn't be a surprise to get it fairly soon.

Do you think Shinso Gin will come out on UBP? I'm so torn, I only have enough bit for one UBP and Yama was a good choice I thought if he ever came out...but Shinso Gin would be much better, though he might never come out on UBP :/
