He is PERFECT for PVE, doing 350% Growth rate skill pretty muc ...

result : noza's too good to be true in PVE , NOZA too bad to be true in PVP

YEAH IT'S BECAUSE NOZA BUFF IS GOOD FOR YOUR ENEMY NOT FOR YOU LIKE RETSU CASE ( NOZA IS SUPPOSED TO CAUSE A CC BUT THAT CC JUST MAKE YOUR OPPONENT HAVE HIGHER CHANCE TO WIN)
