what skill should my main use?
was thinking of just using 2nd skill since it lowers defence by 30% ...

use option 1 with zangetsu and 9th skill

You have: Isshin, Senbonzakura, BRenji, BRukia, Kenpachi Unohana, Shinso Gin, and Cute Orihime...

And you don't know which team is better for PvE. I don't know what to say to that.
