basically my speed 41.5k and his speed is 38.5k. he have 37  reiatsu I had 34 but with better accessory and the one I am talking about is Tosen so better accessory mean alot.

The only reason for this I think is the guild war buff give speed with attack power and health.

Does he have Byakuya, he lowers enemy speed.

nope he have main with 10th skill momo, Orihime, Komamarua and renji, and no one from them is even close to 30k with Ruaitsu. His  main is the highest with 38.6k speed

the battel above is the same for arena and palace but inguild war he start attacking first

327k BP is the high in our server so dont except something op.. But still Idk how he is faster, and its look like no one know the answer hmmm
