shinso has 2 speed mods and yes 7th mod is completely broken for the lategame imo

Oh I completely agree. Shinso has always been valued highly, but its one of the reasons I put Yamamoto much higher on the list then most people. +10% more speed is huge, and their value never really goes down as most event characters are released. Bankai Rukia's release made Shinso better, for example.

But speeds effectiveness is dependant on mostly agility. Take CSB Byakuya for example. He has a speed mod and bond ( same as Shinso ). Even with what amounts to 10% more speed then most characters, he isn't fast enough to overtake someone like Mugetsu, WIchigo, or Bankai Rukia due to their growth rates.

Pairing Yamamoto or Shinso with Bruk or Mugetsu or something is about as sexy as it gets. Good luck outspeeding them.

nice i could get mine to 461k with lvl 100 gear xD but spread things around a little a solid 400k is enough to maintain 1st for me, but nice damage u got there :3

Mine is basically decoration. Using senbon makes him kind of pointless. He basically just makes my VG T1 lol. I'll eventually have CSB Aizen and I might use him instead at that point and just give up on making my VG T1.

Well, I only use mine in ES and Ryoka, so speed doesnt matter
