Because in Arena there's a HP Bonus, it shows what i'll actually need to beat you, in HMA that's not really what you are, since your battles/actual strength is located in the arena

A.K.A In arena, that's where people will need to try and beat someone, HMA, not so much, just challenge one after the other with reiatsu hp only
