Evolution for main character added

Advance is when you get a gear and you like want to evolve it to next stage or somthing... it works  ...

So I just completed the normal main evolution conquest thing.  NOw what's next, should I go click onone of the 8 equipped things and click on advance and that's it?  

The only thing glowing green which looks that I can advance is something way at the bottom, lower right, the lowest one, it's green.  
Ah no nvm I can't advance that.  I advanced the weapon thing at top.

Am I doin something wrong? I meet requirements and win, but it says lose and moves me to next stage. Then when it does say win I don't get any frags, just stones for finishing whole stage.

for his poison skill id rather it be a 25% DOT
and a -15-25% agility debuff since his poisons immo ...

but what if its like a B.renji kinda thing...
like his in a crazed form after his daughters death and he is SSS rated
with a sick AOE/Poison(ignite maybe) or Aoe(or 3 enemy attk) and Choas for 1/2 rounds with
Agi growth rate. him been a support is also cool. / just adding stuff but wat if he also had deduct 100% hit rate for one round. that would be wicked.
or even beta they can make him a tanky vanguard with mod of 25% chances to poison attking enemy/reduce defence or attk.

I done that already.  NOw after that, all I was able to do after completing it is advancing on the weapon once, and that's it.  I can't do anything else, after I've completed the whole conquest thing

yeah, still can't pass byakuya's hard stage (12 stage).  anyone else have other ideas?
