You could try nightmare or inferno to see if the higher levels have a better droprate.  

Or maybe bwg can do it, he's strongest or one of the strongest here.  If he has the patience to care and try nightmare and inferno, maybe on those levels there's a better droprate.

nightmare went to 5th stage 3 times. 0 drop rate. didnt have the time to tweak though. could try today .
inferno is like insane, atleast com1 was, need 400k+ speed ii guess or even more. and then you have requirements where reinf partner needs to do more dmg and that is not in our control. but there are ways to get around it, if bwg had the time he could clear it . but no use as its still 0% drop rate.

Doubt it, they say everything is working as intended.. I'm not sure how drop rates are on nightmare and inferno mode but going through that daily is definitely not worth it, IMO.
