Make him deal 30%+ damage from him alone (it doesn't matter if he dies, as long as he deals that much damage ^^ )

Use your 9th skill to make his damage go up, and use possibly use a vangaurd to defend Byakuya as he tends to die off quick ^^

Also check the buffs/debuffs on the stage, they might be stopping you from passing ^^
