I ended up getting 107 Modify fragments for her just by getting to 8000 points.

Pretty much. Yeah. But honestly, it doesn't matter.

She is a absolute speed demon with a ability that lets my team hit garunteed with a 50% attack buff.

I am level 81 on a new server and shes like 140k speed already with shit gear.
