yeah usually 1k frags to reach 3rd mod for event partners.
250 points gives 10 frags, so one needs 25000 points.
735g gives 510 points, so 25000 points will need 36k gold.

bwg can confirm how much he spent on the frags

Probably less, cause you get some frags on the spin while getting the points to recruit her and farm the points for her mod frags

oh yes, forgot about the 8000pts in getting her. so 100-150frags maybe you would get in just getting the points. not sure how high the drop rate is for those frags.
