That's actually not the highest on the CN servers, there is another server where they are lvl 120+

wow.. the highest ive seen in s1 traditional cn server is 110 but he is only rank 2. rank 1 is only lvl 106

If EU and US servers were as cheap as chineese, they'll see their profitability double even triple since it'll encourage to buy gold more often.

Also why don't we have a black market yet? Every other games have it

well not sure what there marketing strategy is : "lets charge double for everything" so we make double the moneyz, unfortunately they didn't factor in demand vs cost, if things were obtainabe for VIP 6-8 they would have alot more people buying gold instead of just the couple VIP 9 & 10 and in the end probly double their profits.
