you didnt get the point. main lvl deference is not about resourse its abut time. i saied think about ur old days when u was 70. cmon man u even didnt read what i wrote what im talking about

i would say toshiro since he can disarm
but then again it's all up to if u can make his faster than enemy sup and assaulter
same thing to harribel

combining him whit tav. yoruichi making a control team. they have agi talent so they r options for situations not a rigid team.

yeah, he isn't bad if you face someone slower and his evo is focused on HP a lot so that helps
but if you faced someone who is stronger or has faster yoru then you most likely will lose

I read it, i just didn't get it. And i'm still sticking to my guns now that i did. And yes it is about resourses, if not reishi, it's about bond and evo, you would evo toshiro just to throw him away or replace him. When i was lvl 70 i got only komamura. At 80 ikkaku and urahara, and then waited for 90 for gin and unohana.

As for your question to suzuken, no one, just get yoruichi and wait for unohana and gin. Splitting agility stones between the two will make you less efficint, and you won't control anyone. Later on when you have two sets of solid agility stones you can do that, or combine them with urahara for t1
