Hueco Mondo Attack Bug?

Everytime I reset this thing Hueco Mondo Attack its always rolled into people 20 to 30 lvls higher then me and it can be on the 1st one... I don't understand this at all... Should it be harder as you go in not so totally random? I hate this I really do... Anyone else feel like they need to fix this??? I just dont like a lvl 55 going agaisnt lvl 70s+ with 50K more BP then me on say the 1st 4 or 5...

that's how it works , it starts will people who have less bp and start going up a little by little til u can't beat them

my hueco is always passable in las noches enemy got half my bp at most

The game goes by BP on stuff like that.  The goal is to be strong for your BP.  Strategy,  control, fury gain...    Insane power can win it, but usually that raises your BP too much to be effective in HM...  In every environment, there is only one Apex predator...  everyone else needs to have a niche and stay on point...
