no it jus says thats like its level range for its tier
but you can equip it at any level

Best part is topped up 60k got 60k and the extra 50% paid for hiki with mod 3.

i am just curious as well as others on here.
what exactly do you do that you always top up a fuck ton in ultimate charge lol?
i mean are you a lottery winner? you a CEO of something lol? or do you just luckily have plenty of $ laying around. or do you just charge your high limit credit card haha
i always see you topping up $500-$1000 per ulti charge depending on what it is.

fuck id do that with my CC but i dont like racking up debt haha

I'm a Realtor that runs a team of agents. My monthly business expenses are higher than what you see topping up. I shouldn't be topping up this much honestly but I got kinda sucked in the last few times. Problem is I go all in or don't do anything. I hope to chill out a bit more .

yeh sometimes you just get sucked in if you really enjoy the game of course those that top up enjoy it more ;) *points to my $3000 valued account* lol
yeh i mean like for me money isnt an issue but i set a limit to how often i spend for a bunch of pixels XD
and if i really want it them im like the hell with it and just gets it lol.
but yeh i mean your already a god you should limit your spending a tiny bit save up and just spend when you have to XD money dont grow on trees who knows maybe one day you will need it haha for an emergency
