I can get him down to a meesely 40k hp left -_- and thats with all of mybest stuff and stones stack on youri so guess I need to funk her up a lil bit more

I couldnt kill him with W Ichigo full lv10 str stones and str Hogu tier 10 lv10... (i lackd like 1/10 of his life). Maybe if you try with CSB Kempachi you could kill him in 2 turns.
