Hogyoku missing did not use to upgrade after refresh.

I just bought Kommmaru sajin and he had come with Complete hogyoku lv5 kido attk, complete  lv4 def, and flawless lv5speed. I made sure not to upgrade the ones i had on if i did that, then one would still be left. After i refreshed the game the hogyoku was gone but i also noticed that i didnt power down in bp. So was the free hogyoku really there,  or was it a bug showing what type of hogyoku the char should have please respond. I notice other people been having a similar issue

I had this problem and I reported it and have yet to hear anything it kinda got sweep under then rug. this happened more then once on a golden partner. think its a random slight bug. but not many have this problem so most will assume u did something wrong and not care so much.

The same problem its happening to me, Komamura's hogyoku disappeared, and the administrator didnt answer me yet.

Ok so i bought  another  character  and it  also came with  hogyoku.  However i couldnt move them said error wrong tab. I refreshed the page and they where gone. It looks like the  free hogyoku is  a  visual bug showing you what types of hogyoku you should use on the char. This is a mean bug because i feel cheated being shown that  i have something but i really dont have them. Please remove this bug or mention that its an example and not really there on the  new  char.
