how to save my vitality ? and when I reach my max vitality will it regeneration stop ? bcs In youtube someone had 10000 vitality. can someone help me how to have this vatality ?

Haha Nibs did give you right answers.

Just avoid using Vit and continue to do all your dailies and you will begin to see your vit go above the limit. Do the 4th girl for beauty games etc and if you're any vip level you can buy vit with coupons daily too.

It takes a long time though and will stunt your growth in other areas.
