Haha what a coincidence... my two main enemys from last CSB...

Ironically, I got into a higher CSB Realm (1113 from 1112) in which they'd be only around 4-5th place I guess.

Do you know how realm locations are decided? Is it based on bp or?

The higher number your server, probably the higher number your starting CSB realm number is. However, you can be merged with lower number CSB's. It seems to be an almost arbitrary decision on when CSB merges happen (don't know how they decide), but it seems like they often have to be with neighboring servers.

A whole bunch of CSB's were merged into one not too long ago ranging from servers in the 100's to servers in the 200's. However, there were still some in-between servers that didn't join us for whatever reason. That's the largest CSB merge I know of so far, anyway, and it seems like somewhat of an exception from the norm that was established up to then.
