Kido speed increase. Is that the same as his shunpo?

yes but it applies to all kido partnersso with all mods unlocked he himself has a 20% bonus
and all other kido partners get a 10% bonus

no he gets 10% from his 5th speed mod
unlocking the 7th mod gives him an additional 10% for 20% total bonus
and all other kido partners get 10% speed bonus + any of their agility mods combined
