it says 75 , I'm now 80 and have never seen her.
no matter how many time I refresh, toshiro renji and grimmjow are ALWAYS there

I don't have the coupons tho, the only coupons that ever pop up are renji toshiro and grimmjow.

I figured if I bought a grimmjow coupon then refreshed, she might pop up. nope

stop wasting your coins refreshing,  the coupons you can buy is based on level, ignore what it said in SWP...  when you level up a little, they will show up...  till then, just save your coins...  also, if your not VIP enough to upgrade her, don't bother with her...  just my 2 cents
