I also doubt that it is it possible to get our partners that high on eu/us. Maybe with high enough lvl like 140+ full mod/evo, ulti eq etc but most will not go that high. Maybe hiki/b. rukia and some future partners. You have to take into consideration that all our partners are slower by quite a bit compared to CN servers because the % from talents is lower.
With current formation bwg would win, if chinen changed stuff around I believe he would be a winner. There is no point for him in doing so anyway... he has like 2,5 mil more bp than a second guy on his server maybe even more now and even if that guy had faster hiki. Chinen survivalability is so high he wouldnt do much dmg to chinen anyway and I doubt he has some challenge in csb..
But how in a hell he got mods that far on his muge... There is no event where you can buy fragments for him and muge wasnt in accelerate modify yet.. He must be using all chances on him everyday and even then it hardly seems possible with how little you are getting and how much you need

god why can't everyone here be smart like you and put this simply like you just did ...... am sold lol but i still believe that if he stacked he can reach some insane speed on muge.
and about his mod he can use these almighty modify frags that i believe they count as any type of frag for any partner so he spent quite a lot of money on it

i was wondering the same. 1st to 6th mod requires around 4k fragments. 4 chance max per day for 270g/c yields 20frags. so he was continously doing for 6 months? did mugetsu ever come in the accelerate event?
