I got him in UBP (Which means free), if you want to spend gold on him I don't recommend it. Ishin or any of the newer partners are a lot more worth it. Unless they drop Yama to like 5-6k gold then it would be a decent deal.

There was, I doubt he will appear in Ultimate battle power event again.

Get CSB Byakuya. Stack everything into him when you are out of ideas how to beat him, stacking works when that player is much weaker, 1 strong partner might turn the game around. But make sure you have to mod him till 4th mod, so you will be fast enough.

or

Stack everything to your VG with massive block.

Either way, you dont need much strategy and win. Just stack, wait and win.

No, it's a real strategy, and it works LOL!
I am not sure how other characters work with Stacking, so far I have only seen those 2. So my points are valid.
