Boosting Agi

after one of my last threads, it has been explained to me that speed is probably the single best stat to boost in pvp...   what have you found to be the best ways to boost it.  BTW, the cheaper the better...  I know I can fix it with my visa with new hogus and stones, but just wanted to know other ways.  Thanks in advance

When I was close behind the No1 spender of my Server, I threw all Tier 1+2 Hyogu... fragment thingys in the Speed one of my Hikifune. Gave me a little speed boost.

Tough, he already has the 1st modification (because also bought white ichigo), so I'm behind him since he figured it out. -.-

Well, a guy on my server when he got his Ultimate Speed Hogyoku he fused everything into it jumping from 300k to 350k++ speed just to beat me, not that I advice it, but it's an option xD

so,  would it be better to hobble other members of my team real hard to boost...  say my Shinzo, from about 220k to probably around 275k bp, or leave where all but my vang are right around 200k,  vang being almost 250k...    BTW,  with just stacking, no combining, just giving the first pick of everything to Shinzo, I can get his speed up to around 100k,  when I spread it around he has 80k, as I stack on my isshin first, then Shini Keiske second for the control aspect...
