ur mug has to skill first to do that attack , and in the next 2 rounds noza will anyways skill. so for the next two rounds ur mug's skill or anyone else's skill is useless. but yeah i would keep noza from skilling first round normally unless if its for those VG guys.

weak or not, he will still skill in his 2nd round max
mug could skill twice if there was a isshit or kenshit before that, the only way to skill more before nozaCon arrives hehe.
hope com3 has a feature by which noza skill would reduce ally fury
