How many fragments do you get in a almighty fragment chest?  Also, to get the "top up reward" from the Agent of Shinigami rewards (after the 1888 is activated), does any amount of top up work? IE 200g?

Just one fragment per chest normally.

I am not sure what the top up reward amount is. I am curious about this as well. If it is 200g it is super worth it to get 30 universal fragments every day. Just spread out your normal top up over time and get free mods basically.

dude activating shinigami agent is 1888 gold and plus spending 1888 gold or when you have 1888 gold, you can activate and get him? or activate is for free when you have 1888 gold and you spend it there, can you explain the basic steps for us please

No you just spend 1888 gold to activate the Shinigami agent , and then you get daily rewards from then onward along with kirinji and whats not

Anyone know how much you have to top up to activate that reward?  On another thread someone said they tried 200g and it did not activate it? (the one with the 30 modify fragment chests)
