Hikifune is bad in PVE, she's mostly made for PvP, so yeah, there's not much doubt Tenjiro's way better in PvE.

With his Talent and so on, he's pretty much a must have if you use hikifune.

Yea there's no doubt in my mind he's amazing, I was just looking to replace hikifune in pve and didn't feel like buying retsu kenny so was just wondering if he'd be a viable replacement with his dmg + burn + 200% growth rate

yeah eager to know if his burn works in pve, would be pretty amazing, if im not mistaken ulqiorras does work, so this one should aswell.

i used him during ES.  Didnt pay attention to his burn skill though.  His damage was good enough for me to keep him over other partners in formation, but just barely.  REALLY would love to evo him but cant yet so he may not be the best option yet

She has no fury gain and her dmg rate on skill is low, and so is her wit growth.

I think it's quite obvious that Tenjiro will do more against Evil Spirit/Ryoka.

Even if he is better in pve, which i don't see how, there's no way he's way better. His talent is wisdom and agility growth... so what. He's a must if you have hikifune (and you said he's better then her) ??

Again even if your dps output would increase, it wouldn't be by much.
50% attack increase for one round to the rest of the team. There's no way your dps would go up if you would replace 50% attack increase to the rest of the team with 80% more attack rate (just for one partner), and 100% burn (also up to tenjiro and his attack)
So i ask again...

doesn't she boost everyone else's attack by 50%    if she's not amazing in it, I'm a bare assed monkeys uncle

Kirio is good in PvE. Getting basically +250% attack ( 50% x 5 ) that multiplies with damage rate is worth the slot. There are set ups that allow her to skill every turn as well.

Tenjiro is random. For starters, burn does work on ES/Ryoka and I have said this about 500 times to the same people. It is starting to get annoying. His burn is chance though. When it lands, I got a 2-3% damage per hit increase on ES. When it doesn't, I was doing about the same damage as I was doing with a different partner. So he is a upgrade, just not sure how effective of a upgrade he is.
