Does his name happen to be kosmo keo in game and happens to be from server 117? If so then he topped up a Lil in ultimate charge ....so guess he is gonna make a come back? Lol

he WAS, but he left at 2nd place, then im guessing someone beat Dragoon whilst stripped; Kosmo kept going down and down etc.

Now he's rank 13 LOL
