YOu're all forgetting something.  A few months ago there was a guy claiming his account got hacked.  From what I remember, gogames investigated the case and restored the account back to the guy that was hacked.  They said that his account was hacked from a different country.  At the end, the guy hacked got his account restored.

So I'm assuming from this, gogames put more enfasis in tracking down where people log in from.  If it's in same country or city, be it library, restaurant, etc. I think there's not much problem.

But if they log in for example, Thursday, germany, berlin, and thursday night, it's on usa (chicago) they'd know something's wrong there immediately, so logically they'd investigate the case.

So if people share accounts, they know or could know, just seeing where they log in from IP address particularly.  It might not be much different within a country, if people log in in different areas.  But when it's international, one country from another I'd assume IP is totally different, and if the time lapse of logging in an account is short be it 1 hr or 1 day for example, logically that would raise suspicions and figure out somebody is sharing accounts.

it's the wording vs. the actions.
While I am sure that may be the case, and I am nitpicking a little here.
RandomPerson101 plays with both US and euro players.
RandomPerson101 has euro buddy run events on his account when he isn't able to login, or whatever the reason (violation from RandomPerson101 and euro buddy)
Euro buddy gets a wild hair up his ass, changes the password, RandomPerson101 calls customer support claims he was hacked, it was a different country his account is restored.
Is there a time frame for this issue?  It isn't stated as to how far back they would look, who knows, good luck getting real support 99% of the time (Just speaking from past experiences there).

It is really wishy washy and needs to be clarified, such as the very first sentence.

- needs to be just means - otherwise it is suggesting that in the future I will agree to them, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I do now.  I'm not saying it's wrong and yada yada, just needs to be actually worded properly if people are spending the amounts they are here, plain and simple.  Just my thoughts.

Let's not jump to conclusions. Brah said something about a top up too. I doubt they started banning accounts cause of sharing out of nowhere

What is the more likely scenario is he use paypal to top up, got it all back and tried to top up again.  That is/and/should be a ban move.  Holding my tongue on what I think about people who did that.
