I did get tenjiro and will be going for ultima aizen after noza kenny... and i wonder if he is better than isshin now for PVE

Isshin is meh now, if you are able to replace him, replace him, but if it's not that much of a concern to your team then no need to

As Bwg quite stated, he wouldn't have replaced Isshin (or at least he probably would have but like changed formation a bit) if it wasn't for already having Kensei coincidentally
