if you have shit under control in your server then it's not worth it 12% speed is very good but you can invest  in other partners
if you don't need that speed then save for CSB Aizen and run 3-2 formation with
tenjiro-shinso-csb aizen-muge-main
make shinso the fastest--> CSB Aizen --> Muge
this formation ( if you were the fastest ofcourse) is the best formation you can get cuz of the 2 AoE stunners
unless you were facing someone with a faster Hikifune then that Mugetsu 12% won't do you anything because of the speed gab between him and her you better focus on getting more speed on your Support right now and forget about mugetsu's speed, he should be only a toll to wipe out the opponents that shinso/csb aizen couldn't kill or stunned
even though there is a risk in going for csb cuz you might not even use him because of the formation you have in mind like ultima or if you decided to run 2-2-3 then that would be a waste of 3 months of collecting stones for him
so here are a few things i want you to think about first before deciding
1- since you have tensa, his -0% dmg to vanguard is a huge advantage if you have a tank vanguard, are you sure you want to go with 3-2 or 2-3 ?
2-do you have enough stones to run 3-2 if you went with that formation ?
3-are you sure that this 12% speed will help you in the near future, for example if someone got hifi and stacked on her all his good stuff, can you contol the situation ?
4- lets assume you got shura kenpachi for muge's mod that means that you will go with 2-2-1 with shinso/tenjiro-muge-main/Nozarashi, Nozarashi's skill might get in the way of you supporter in pvp so are you sure that you are strong enough to beat some players in csb before noza starts his skill ?
5-Assuming that you went with csb aizen and didn't want to run 3-2, who do you want to take out ? i guess shinso but if you didn't that it means that you will only be able to get 1 partner Pure T1 (unless you top up more meanwhile to make 2 pure T1)
okay i talked a lot of nonsense i guess so my final point is
going with Shura will give you more freedom with your formation
going with csb Aizen might result in creating a crack in your team if you don't have enough resources

i surely do but if he was stacking like he does on him muge i don't think the zano will do any help to someone with speed formaion

do I need to post a CSB aizen fight...AGAIN?  t1 I 1 shot nearly everything with evo 11 and murumasa.  Form Form Form, I have the issue of to keep him, or use ultima and have a full red team for kicks n giggles.  Think ima keep him though, he is just too damn good once he's evo'd.  Didn't pitter patter through the whole post tho so I'm just shootin the breeze here.

im thinking of running a 1-2-3 formation. id drop tenjiro for ultima aizen and keep shinso gin in there... i feeel like CSB would be temporary or even a great pick up for hallow soul... and use tenjiro for PVE content... and my gin needs to get a little faster 2 beat these csb guys. and i could use shura kenny instead of isshin for PVE. My vanguard will be noza kenpachi. I think getting shura kenpachi is the correct choice here... even tho i like both aizens alot.
