You can 'build' partners by combining fragments you get off HMA (hueco mundo thingy) and some require vip and some levels to upgrade to one of the best partners with semi-low cost.

You need to improve your team and as I said, doesn't matter too much because you are not vip.

Well you have physical main so you don't need any physical assaults to compensate, but you should think by yourself either 2 2 1 or 3 1 1.
