Get to lvl 65 for Kazeshini zanpakuto (for PvP)
Get to lvl 70 for golden heroes (Sajin\Yoru)
Get your Rejatsu to lvl 35 to get Zabimaru zanpakuto (for PVE)

Then when u get to higher levels get ikkaku he will help your pve a lot and after that if u want a pvp char go for either tosen/ byakuya or both because both are great for tavern pvp and would go great with yoru
