Lol Kirinji gets shit for speed from evo so it's not a huge deal. Actually they need to fix his ev ...

that's not something to fix, it's there for nerf/balance placements

it's on various other characters where having a huge amount in boost for their evo in that specific attribute would be insane, and too much for the 'slow/gradual upgrade' that is Evolution ^^
