No, Kirinji's still faster because he gets 22% from his mods and 15% from his talent. But his talent also gives an additional 10% to speed on top of that lol. But Oetsu's definitely 2nd from what I'm seeing

ahh i thought kirinji was 10% + 10% natural, alright either way nimaiya would be slower, thanks!

all i can do is shake my head at this thread.  as a mugetsu user myself, here's a little advice.  suck it up and start planning your next move.  you have tensa and the game even spoon fed you a faster partner than kirio.  i think you can figure out a plan with what you have.  stop whining and adjust.

hey are u sure its 20% talent on his speed? i started his evolution and he gained 22% gains per item. 21.6%-22% each time i used anything involving agility

Aizen survived only because of plot armor(for a change used not on hero but on villain).

It's 20% talent on agility. There's nothing in evolution that gives agility so you can't test it like that.

idk why you think kensei is better than Mugetsu to begin with..
If you can't think of a strat where Mugetsu can shine with these new partners.. the problem isn't the character it's the owner.
