First of all his mods increase speed, not agility. So it wouldn't matter if I had any. But no I don't, he's still level 1 since I'm too busy leveling Kirinji right now to even touch Oetsu lol

Glad I could help ya out man. I try to test everything out as much as possible so I can build my team as perfectly as I can. So it usually ends up with me noticing things a lot of other people didn't

Well I'm lvl 106 who got Byakuya mid 80s and wasted time to get his 5th mod to only get him killed. xD
And now lvl 106 I'm about to replace him with Shinigami Yoruichi... ._.

Lol, well it's easy to get tavern partner mods so it's not exactly a waste lol. If you've never had to deal with trying to mod event partners then prepare yourself for an entirely new hell my friend. I absolutely despise it

I have swp Grimmjow, he was pretty pain getting 2 fist mods with 3 frags daily, now started modding kirinji and shin yoruichi

Nice, well yeah I'm not sure about swp grimmjow but I know the current red tier partners take 308 frags for 2nd tier and 528 frags for 3rd. And based on that from what I've seen from other partners 4th mod should take over 1000 >.<

Well I use Pantera Grimmjow for pve, because I didn't bother to get Kenpachi at 90, instead I used Ikkaku + Pantera as backup for main.
