As Braha said, you can see his bonds for yourself. In fact you can see any partner's bonds. Just go to the bond tab and click on "check all" in the upper right corner of the page. It'll bring you to a list of every single partner's bond that's currently in the game

i think Ulq go to bond bonus for Ultima
W.Ichi have good combo rate, talent and evo give 33%
