heres my team right now. Was thinking about using kisaka and going t1 with him so he can t1 my main. right now i only have 7 10% fury stones and 1 8% fury stone. im still working on kisaka evolution hes on 8 right now. And im also 100/900 coupon for vanguard kenny for my tank later on. also wanted too say sorry too Kosmodestiny about last nite. I am vip 5 right now. Any and all info will be help.

first of all, you will need 12 basic stones on kisuke with his last mod to get him T1
Kisuke or Rukia T1
Kisuke or Rukia needs 60% Initial Fury + Last Mod to get t1
60% Initial Fury = 6x 10% fury stones
50 + 60% = 30
50 + 30 (from fury stones) + 20 (from  Last Mod) = 100 fury
Kisuke/Rukia needs 12 basic stones

and for T1 you obviously need to make Kisuke the faster than the person you want to give T1 to so you need to work on his speed, stack all speed on kisuke>Main and as for tenjiro he has way too much speed for kisuke to handle unless you remove everything that gives him speed you won't be albe to get T1 for him as well
also since you are using 3 support i recommend you to switch to Asjisoji jizo zanpaluto since he is for sup formation or get Muramasa if u afford it
- How to get fury stones : reio event is the best way to get fury stones all you need is 350 vit and 10$ top up and you'll get 10 fury stones once a day for few days
- what zanpakuto should i use if i got Noza : Hyorin the your best option for Noza .
* try to get ikkaku's last mod cuz he is very good for extra damage in es/ryoka with his combo rate
