you can only claim your vip level chest i believe

you can only claim your current vip level chest. since you are vip 3 you can only get vip3 chest

I am level 114 and have kept some crystal core and bright stones. I have lvl 100 spirit forged accessories(necklase and talisman 100 fortify each and bracelets and anklets at 70 fortify each) also a set of gloves and bangle at 60 fortify each every other accessory i have is fortified at 40 or less. My question is: is it worth fortifying spirit deathwind accessories or keep fortifying the 100 spirit forged accessories that i have spent so many bright stones on them already or wait for lvl 120 and spirit forge level 120 accessories and fortify them?
