What is ignore the empty Cicada ?

he will ignore all forms of block, counter, dodge, defense, and when targeted if a skill were to kill him he would revive with 1hp and get a bonus attack.

ive always wanted bankai rukia and id say hes amazing. Kosmo is indeed right about his ACTUAL agility talent. so hes faster then kirio once he gets 3rd mod i believe. he instakiils 1 person and lowers fury... i like that
