yeah and he's pretty much fater than hiki full modded ( 20% + 10% to all allies , that 6th mod is  ...

But Hikifune/Tenjiro on his team would also get the +10% halo... and since tenjiro is the fastest char and provides a +20% speed buff, a Tenjiro+Oetsu would make your Hikifune hit before the enemy Tenjiro... not to mention Yhwach.

Tough, it does take a lot of modding, evolving, agi stones and last but not least: fury stones (unless you play for a long time and have them at hand...).

btw. I can understand Neko Fairy's motivation behind it, but still his charas and so on dont quite make sense to me.
