Are you sure that the third is 213 fragments? Gurr just showed me a picture that contradicts this information.


If it's a difference in servers, though, I honestly wouldn't be surprised. Can anybody verify?

Oookkay! Let's finally finish up this thread! I have Oetsu at 6th mod now so I can confirm the costs of all mods.

6th mod cost is 1452 fragments!

And lastly the cost of the 7th mod is 1848 fragments!

Cool, I was expecting worse for the 7th mod requirements.
How is your superman Oetsu treating yah? Must have increased speed quite a bit.

It's kind of hilarious, it actually doesn't increase your stats at all. It increases them inside of battle. So for example if you look at my stats I'm at 650k speed. But when I fight dragoon I'm faster than his hiki even though she has 690k speed lol.

I chose to go pve route for now instead of Oetsu frags. Definitely later though.

Yeah they're in battle only. That can be good though since it makes people misjudge your speed.

Oh and something else I just remembered I should confirm. Oetsu's halo does in fact include himself in it, as in he gets the 10% speed boost as well.
